All new client paperwork includes a plan in the event of an emergency while you’re away. This plan includes information on the pets’ preferred veterinary hospital, treatment options, and local emergency contact.
Transportation to emergency clinics is always included. Compensation is required at our hourly rate for time spent at the veterinarian or emergency care facility.
What is the Weekly Visit Club, and how does it work?
Our Weekly Visit Club is a recurring service designed for busy professionals who need guaranteed midday care Monday through Friday (or set recurring days each week). It locks in your preferred time slot permanently, waives ad-hoc scheduling fees, and ensures your dog gets a consistent, structured routine.

No. We offer exclusively 1-on-1, private dog walking. Your dog receives our walker’s full, undivided attention, eliminating the risks, stress, and unpredictable dynamics of group walking.
How does entry to my home work, and is my property secure?
During your initial consultation, we establish a secure entry method (such as a lockbox, keypad code, or smart lock). Our team follows strict security protocols on every visit to ensure key codes are kept confidential and your doors and gates are double-checked and fully locked before we leave.
How do we get started with recurring walks?

What if the weather is dangerously hot or raining heavily?
