No. We try to keep consistency as best as possible, but our staff are entitled to days off, get sick, switch shifts, or go on vacation themselves. We require all dogs to be “new friend-friendly”.
We do not guarantee that you will have the same sitter everytime, which is why we require all dogs to be “new friend friendly”. Our clients value availability vs one person.
We do guarantee that your pet will never be left without care from one of our equally qualified pet professionals.
If your pet is not open to making new friends, we reccomend a licensed, insured, bonded solo sitter vs a company with a team.
