As a new client, you will start by filling out our Contact Form below.
Please be as detailed as possible so we can assess if we are the best fit for your and your pets’ needs.
Step Two
After we receive your Contact Form, we will reach out for a Complimentary New Client Phone Consultation to find out more about your needs to see if we are a good fit.
Step Three
We will schedule an in person paid New Client Consultation & Behavior Evaluation with our Manager Justine.
New Client Consultation ($35) includes meet & greet, key lockbox, and software set up.
Step Four
Welcome to the Pack!
After completing your paid New Client Consultation & Behavior Evaluation, you can submit scheduling requests via your online portal or our mobile app.
