New Client Onboarding
Step One
As a new client, you will start by filling out our Contact Form below. Please be as detailed as possible!
Step Two
After we receive your Contact Form, we will reach out for a phone consultation to find out more about your needs to see if we are a good fit.
We will then begin On Boarding to create your client portal account to get you established.
Step Three
We will schedule you with Manager Lauri or Assistant Manager Justine to complete a behavior evaluation “meet and greet”.
Step Four
After your behavior evaluation with Management, you can submit scheduling requests via your online portal or our mobile app.

Who will I be meeting? We work as a team, but you will meet with our Manager Lauri or Assistant Manager Justine at the initial behavior evaluation (“meet and greet”).
Any additional meet and greets requested to meet with other team members will result in a 30m pop in visit cost charge.
