Why Operation Lock Box?
One word: Security. As one of our core values at Professional Pets Florida, security is a value we strive to continue to improve on. All clients are required to have a lock box.
The benefits of a key storage lock box:

Your keys do not need to be frequently dropped off, carried around, or picked up again.

You have complete control of your keys at all times-your keys stay on your property

If you move, you can take the key box with you wherever you go.

Your loved ones will have access to your home in case of an emergency.
- Choose to put out for services as needed or leave out for recurring services

Having just one spot for keys decreases the chance of losing them or having them taken-eliminates risk of crime from sitter’s car or home.
Operation Lock Box Policy
All clients are required to have a lock box for house sitting overnights, pop in visits, and dog walking.
Garage codes and door codes will still be utilized, but a lock box with two (2) keys will still be required in the event of an emergency.
If you do not have any keyed door locks, please contact us for a Lock Box Liability Waiver.
The combination you choose, and the location of your lockbox, will be entered into your private and secure Client Portal.
Verify that your code for the lock box works well and be sure to notify us and update in your portal if you change the combination while using our services. Also, please test both of your keys to make sure that they properly work before placing them into your lockbox.

We will email you an invoice for your Professional Pets Florida Lock Box and it is yours to keep if you choose to order one of ours.
We will deliver or ship to you at no cost.
