Operation Lock Box Policy
Garage codes and door codes will still be utilized, but a lock box with two (2) keys is requested in the event of an emergency.
If you do not have any keyed door locks, please contact us for alternative points of entry.
The combination you choose, and the location of your lockbox, will be entered into your private and secure Client Portal.
Verify that your code for the lock box works well and be sure to notify us and update in your portal if you change the combination while using our services. Also, please test both of your keys to make sure that they properly work before placing them into your lockbox.

We will email you an invoice for your Professional Pets Florida Lock Box and it is yours to keep if you choose to order one of ours.
